330 Land Company was engaged by the landowner to assist in the entitlement of 2.5 acres of land. The City of San Ramon was actively pursuing a revision to the specific plan that would have eliminated the ability to build residential on the site. 330 Land developed a strategy around SB 330, Density Bonus Law, and Accessory Dwelling Unit Law that would allow the development of a 47-unit townhome project pursuant to the underlying specific plan. The project was successfully entitled Q4 2021 in less than 12 months. 330 Land is now managing the final engineering.
