KIEWITT SITE


330 Land Company has been engaged by a joint venture comprised of two institutional investors to be the development consultant responsible for managing the entitlement of a ±400 unit, single-family and multi-family project on 51 acres within the City of Pleasanton. The site is currently vacant and had been previously contemplated for development as part of the East Pleasanton Specific Plan (EPSP). The EPSP was never approved but 330 Land worked closely with the City of Pleasanton to incorporate the project into the City’s Housing Element, vesting the owner’s rights to develop housing, as well as supporting the City’s obligations pursuant to its Regional Housing Needs Assessment obligations.
