Steve Reilly is a co-founder of 330 Land Company and focuses on for-sale residential development in Northern California. Steve also specializes in representing homebuilders, developers, investors and landowners in residential land transactions throughout the greater San Francisco Bay Area. In 2010, Steve opened Land Advisors’ Bay Area office in Danville, CA. Since 2010 Steve has handled the sale of more than 70 projects throughout the SF Bay Area and Northern California for over $1 billion.

Prior to his real estate career, Steve played tennis professionally and competed on the ATP Tour.

Steve studied Electrical Engineering at San Jose State University.

Eric Higuchi is a co-founder of 330 Land Company and focuses on for-sale residential development in Southern California. Eric is also a founding principal at Qtative, a real estate consulting firm providing advisory services to landowners, developers and home builders.

Eric was a Vice President for Lehman Brothers directly responsible for the management and disposition of commercial and residential land assets throughout California encompassing over 13,000 acres and 20,000 residential units with a total value of over $1 billion.

Eric received his B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the University of California, Irvine.

Nick is a principal at 330 Land Company. Nick has over 25 years of experience in highly complex entitlements, land development, homebuilding, and commercial construction. He was previously Century Communities Division President, and past Vice President at D.R, Horton and Meritage Homes.

Nick, in collaboration with Mountain House Developers, has founded a homebuilding company to manage, entitle, sell lots and/or build out the remaining 5,700 lots of the 15,000-lot master plan of Mountain House, CA

Nick has a BS and MS from the University of California, Berkeley.
